The Association for Patient Experience is a nonprofit organization established to support healthcare professionals, patients, and their families by improving the patient experience. We encourage all Summit attendees to take part in the AfPE. Two memberships are offered:
- A basic membership is free and available at www.patient-experience.org. It includes access to all areas of the AfPE website, membership communications and virtual networking opportunities via the member discussion forums and membership directory.
- A premium membership is $75 per year. Premium members can participate in webinars and receive a $95 discount for full registrations, $55 for Sunday registrations and $25 for Wednesday registrations to the 2016 Patient Experience Summit. You can sign up for a premium membership during the Summit registration process. Your discount will not be applied during checkout, rather you will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
Summit Cancellation Policy
A $100 cancellation fee applies to all canceled paid registrations (except students). Contact the Event Organizer to request cancellation refund processing. Cancellation requests must be received by April 22, 2016. No refunds will be processed after that time. The Event Organizer reserves the right to issue refunds for unavoidable circumstance solely at its discretion.
